The Triumph of Medúlla

Auf der lustigen Seite boingboing.net habe ich dieses tolle Kleid gefunden. Für Eingeweihte macht der Titel dieses Eintrags dann auch Sinn (für den Rest nicht: Ellibätsch! :P) Das Kleid von Rachel Wright (Internetseite UNBEDINGT anschauen!!!) heißt Scapula (dt: Schulterblatt). The creator herself sagt folgendes über das Kleid:

The slip is a rayon slip probably from the 50’s that I dyed a scarlet red. I then used a variety of different fabrics for the appliqué: velvet, silk for the many petaled breast & kidney, a recycled sari for the flower-heart, recycled leather for the tentacles on the bottom, and moiré silk for the vertebrae.

PS: Heute hatte ich ein sehr schönes Erlebnis in der Innenstadt, berichte morgen darüber weil ich meine Digicam nicht bei hatte und noch auf Fotos warte.

PPS: Die meisten Leute (eigentlich alle außer eine) mochten meine neue Frisur sehr sehr gerne, ich auch!^^
